i started playing from work where they have 3 computer terminals.
people have seen me playing then i try to log on one day and ive been tagged as multi.
i have sent emails and have yet to receive a response.
is this they way to treat new players.
its not a way to keep them coming back or referring the game to friends.

go into IRC chat and contact Darth_Maul or DG. they are the multi admins. the reason you were taged is probably because someone else "on your network" probably using the same IP adress as yourself, accessed the SMR server.
