these are the Federal Ultimatum, Federal Warrant and Federal Discovery. These ships will take half damage from all standing forces.

Are you sure it's all standing forces, I thought it was just Mines

I am not sure, as I rarely went looking for forces in SM unless it could be avoided, and never actually went wondering about in a single Federal Ship.

I am basing this on the formula site by Imperial : http://www.angelfire.com/biz5/forsaken/form.html

It says :

Federal Ships take half damage from standing forces. All damage numbers above are halved when dealing with Federal ships.

It is the All at the beginning of the second paragraph that led me to believe that it is all standing forces. Though if everyone thinks this is not the case then it can be changed.

Then again mines are the most common force in a stack that you get attacked by, since the only active standing force is the mine. Quite often there will be no CDs in the stack unless they are at particularly key locations, so you may well not have even run into stacks with all the forces in.

in the end of Milly all i did for fun was clear out HoA forces around fed.

ive run into a lot of forces

cant member if u took half from drones though. Regardless of what it was, i think only half damage from mines makes more sense
