Attacking

How does attacking actually work?

Does target automatically fire back?
Does attacker get initiative?
How does experience affect battle?
Do all weapons fire in a single attack?

higher level, better accuracy....they automatically fire back and all weps fire

The accuracy of your weapons is increased by a factor of

your level - (defender level / 2)

over the basic accuracy of the weapon

Attackers and defenders actually all fire at the same time, atleast that was how it was in SM. This means even if you destroy someone they still fire back that round, potential killing you as well, the dreaded double kill.
