Bounties by Fed Gov

I have a question - when Fed Gov places the bounty ?
I have a bounty on my head, but I didn't kill anyone recently ...
What's strange this bounty is being increased minute after minute ...

I am now under Fed protection, in HQ, not having excessive firepower ...
Could it be cloak ? Or combat drones/mines/scout drones on the board of my ship ?

Someone can place a bounty on another player by selecting the choice at any HQ--Fed or UG. The bounty then collects interest, so it will grow. could be someone is just placeing more and more money on your head, in hopes to kill you.

But what bothers me, is that this bounty is by Federal Government ...
I believe, in Crossroads (prev. game), I've seen that player-on-player bounty is visible as a bounty placed by someone ...

What more, I have not killed anyone in this game and was killed only once (last Friday or Thursday). I destroyed a couple of scout drones, though ... The bounty is fresh ...

OK, the question is: does the bounty placed by a player show up as a Federal Government bounty ???

Yes if another player puts a bounty on you at a racial HQ that bounty will show as a fed government bounty. And if he places it at the UG then it shows as a UG bounty.
