unable to log on

Hi, I cant seem to get into the game, when i insert my username and password it comes up with an error page. when i tried to get a new password it said my account does not exist - is this me or the serveR?

To clarify a bit: It's the server and it's happening to us all. The only thing to do is to wait it out.
