newbie alliances are broken

The newbie leaders need to be placed in their alliances and given leadership.

They probably would have but not all newbie leader accounts are newbie ranked anymore.

and more, alliance leaders can send alliance messages to anyone with no alliance, and even share maps with them.
Alliance: None(0) is considered their alliance...

No that was a Bug in Sillicon we have the maps so i joined with my leader for a few moments just to share maps and get out, this way i can give the newbie full map @ start, isnÂ´t it good.

but them there was that bug, i was see what bug was it and the guys with no alliance are placed in alliance (0) None. i send message and shared maps in that alliance, so that is why ppl with no alliance as full maps.
