Port Color Bars?

When I visit a port, I see three pretty color bars, green, blue, and red. But I haven't found a description of what they mean. So, what do they mean? Thanks.

I was looking for the same info a couple of days ago but never found it. Guess I'm a newbie too :p

I'm not sure, but I think the red is how high the defenses of the base are, blue represents how many credits the base has, and green is for "upgrade", which i don't know what it is

Green is upgrade to the next level. If port is lvl 9, then it is when the port will gain another 500 shields, 500 armor, and 50 CDs.

Blue is the potential pay off raiding the port.

Red is when the port defenses reset. Reset is 5 minutes * port lvl + 5 minutes, if I'm not mistaken. So a lvl 9 port will reset to full defenses after 50 minutes.
