Goods Restock Rate?

Anyone know the formula for how fast a port restocks?

Such as if a low lvl good is at 0, how long it would take to get back to 6k?

6 per minute, so 0 to 6k should be about 17hrs

Is this the flat rate? Or the modified rate?

By modified I mean (rate * game_speed)

no clue, I never thought of it before I asked this game. But it should be modified so 4 is most likley base regeneration.

250 per hour * game speed if I remember correctly.
