Easy Ard, I think it's a newbie asking for help or asking a question which is why this is here.
Slave trading is a bit complicated but I'll try to explain.
It is a cooperative method of trading that minimizes the number of turns needed to trade and maximizes the amount of experience and cash a player can get.
To do it, you need the following:
a planet to land on
a port near the planet that pays well in cash and experience
two or more players
One player (the slave) uses his turns to go pick up goods like computers or luxuries or narcs and he/she drops them on the planet stockpile. The slave only buys the goods and drops them, going back and forth from port to planet, gaining little experience in the process.
The other player (the master) takes the goods off the planet, goes to sell them at the nearby port for lots of cash/experience, and returns to the planet to refill. This player uses fewer turns because they don't have to go buy the goods they're only doing the selling.
The reason why this is controversial is because the master can gain experience very quickly, in some cases upwards of 30k per day. Some people say it is unfair, while others see it as a legitimate and rarely used method for quick experience gain.
