Alliance Flagship - a perk of leadership

Goal: Reward leadership and encourage alliance play

This proposal is for a special ship available only to alliance leader. This ship ship will make alliance leader's job a bit easier. At the same time it will give them ability to lead their alliance more effectively.

Main features (all debatable):
*Lower cost of trigger (2 or even 1)
*Good speed (better than WarBird)
*Strong Defense (Reduce chance of losing leader in fight, reduce need to uno)
*Average Offense
*Decent cargo holds (sometimes you must restock your planet)
*Decent forces (looking for proposals)

Restrictions:
*One per alliance
*Requires certain alliance size (To prevent abuse maybe make it so you cannot UNO if your alliance drops below certain number of members)

Special features:
These can be added in once we decide on it... special hardware like scanner that scans at range 2 for example... Go banas with suggestions

My suggestion for stats are roughly:

Speed 9
Holds 150
CDs 200
Shields 700
Armor 800
SDs None
Mines None
Scanner
Jd: 2x turn cost due to ship size
Cost: 50M
Only one per alliance and must be flown by current leader of alliance carrying * by their name.
Pilot uses 2 turns per trigger instead of 3.
No alignment requirement.

How many weapons? I like the defense at /21, but I don't think it should have more than 5 weaps, maybe not even that many. If you want to increase the number of weapons, then the you'll have to drop the number of drones.

Doubling the cost on JD means you may as well remove it, as it would put you at > 1.5 turns per sector,

Ok, so allow it to jump unlimited distance and unlimited galaxies.

All jumps already do that. You could make it have a better accuracy at twice the cost or something. Otherwise, Page is right. The jump would be pretty weak on it.

5 weapons was definitely what I had in draft. I don't know if the cost should be so high, since the ship has other restrictions and it can't be bought by more than one player, and it it meant to be as a perk. I would say cost should be on par or less than War Bird. And I do agree with other people on the jump.

But everything else looks pretty good Grey Death. Let's just name this beast :)
