I already do "mini-missions" in the NHA to get players going - an example of a very common one I start with is "get 5M in the bank and I will buy you a PSF" - that kind of thing.
Read the rules, follow the rules, and stop complaining!

This is the 3rd thread or so calling for missions or a mission-like aspect. Need to focus discussion on that thread.
