Alskant as a Neutral Race

What would u think as a suggestion to remove all peace/war from alskant and their race treats all other races as neutrals and vice verse. So pretty much All alskant ports will be come neutral they would have access to all weapons. They would essentially be a nomadic race with racial type relations with Neutral ports.

i think to begin with since alskant is a trading race they should have full relations with nuetral ports

Alskants were recently configured to have trading relations with all ports a few rounds back.
