I'd say to let the coleader be able to boot peopel from alliance as well.Say for some reason the co leader was on without the leader and someone does something like leaking out info and or robbing the alliance account. They should be able to boot them right away. As well as having to put trust in another person that can be as equal as you. y doing this we may be able to see new leaders come out after getting the taste of leadership

Why not allow the Leader to choose the functional capabilities of the Co-Leader? Have a few options that the Leader can enable and disable (like the functions in question).
