Yep Sterl. That idea would be very consistent with the racial relations thing.

Just need to make sure everyone is okay with that.

But it shouldn't need to be ; let's make it so races who are at war can't hide in the other's fed. It only makes sense, and would add a dimension to the game.

Partially Implemented --> Not being able to park in fed your at war with. Racial planet mentioned in another thread under discussion.
