One newbie alliance

I think next game there should be one big newbie alliance, with a leader for each race, perhaps share leadership if possible?
The leaders should be a mixture of timezones so that there should hopefully always be one around when a newbie joins and there will be more people to help generally.

Also there should be an option to clear the inactive to an alliance for inactives, and if they come back they should be put back in newbie alliace, this will make the alliance look better for new players who join, rather than looking like an alliance full of inactives..

Yeah... This suggestion is very similar to many other posts around on this board but that doesn't make it a bad one. 1-3 newbie alliances with 2-4 vets in each.
