Good point, scanner is the most valuable piece of equipment on a ship and knowing how it works and how to use it is crucial to trading without taking pods.

Who gets a NMV? Was just figuring it would be a good idea if everyone up to Fledgling got one, would give major alliances more reason to recruit newer players.
And with the multi searchers beeing as efficient as they are I don't think people making new accounts for the head start would be a problem.
=)

Edit:It looks like it has been talked about and agreed upon so often that I was not surprised to see it come up again.

The question should not be can we put one in. Everyone has said it is a great idea. It is the one of the few topics that EVERYONE agrees on.
